Configuring my Windows Vista Computer

First, click the Start Button and select Connect To

Choose "Set up a connection or network" by selecting it.

The window called "Connect to a network" has now opened on your display.

The next window displays 4 options. Choose the option "Connect to the internet" by highlighting and clicking on the item. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Now the "Connect to the Internet" window displays multiple options. Please select the option "Dial-up"

Click on the "next" button to continue.

Under Dial-up phone number, in the space provided, type "0860007249"

In the next field "User name" enter your username, for example john@zazu.co.za

Enter the username exactly as you received it from us.

Now enter the password in the space provided.

Please double check your entry now to make sure that it is correct or else you will not be granted access.

Your username and password has now been configured. Click on the "Create" button to continue. You are now finished and can process to click on the "Close" button.

Click on "Start", click "Connect To", then double-click "Dial-up Connection". This will take about 30 seconds, if connection is not established, please repeat this process again.

Please open your browser called IE or Internet explorer and go to the web address "http://www.zazu.co.za" to get the Zazu experience.

In the future, just open your browser, The dial screen is opened. Click on the "Dial" Button to establish a connection.

Congratulations, you are now configured to use the internet. If you still have a problem, repeat this process again, or else please dial 086 123 9298 right now to speak to an operator.
